Regarding the new policy published by USCIS, Starting Nov 29th, 2023, Children from age 6 months – 11 years and 12yrs up who are unvaccinated or have previously gotten a COVID-19 vaccine before September 12, 2023, must get one updated Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. 

People aged 12 years and older who are un-vaccinated must get either:

• 1 updated Pfizer or updated Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, OR 

• 2 doses of updated Novavax COVID-19 vaccine.
