Last month I had a very bad experience related with my car. When I was driving very peacefully during my way to back home from a tiring work, I got someone hit the back of my car. I was very shocked by that. I never thought that this would ever happened since the road at that day was very calm. Not many cars around me. But this guy hit me from behind. From the accident I found that the rear bumper of my car was pretty damaged. Thanks god, the person who hit me stops by and showed me a good deed. After we arrived at the office of the lawyers, we discussed so many things there. After discussing about one hour we jumped in to a conclusion that said the person who hit me have to give me a Whiplash compensation. This kind of compensation, said the lawyers, have to be given to the people who experienced a whiplash accident. This is because after having the whiplash, somebody might get some pains in their neck. The pain usually becomes severe as the days go by. And if will be fatal if the neck is not treated well. So, to avoid Medical negligence the person who hit me gave me some amount of money. It was only £4,250 as my neck pain is minor. Thanks to the whiplash injury compensation, now I can treat my injury without paying any money.
